Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to create a welcoming store environment, drive sales, and coach team members. You’ll own opening/closing tasks, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure a smooth shopping experience aligned with our Famous Culture.

You will lead by example, mentor associates, and embody customer connection to deliver the best shoe store experience for every customer.

• Retail practices knowledge essential.
