Famous Footwear in Des Moines is seeking a Sales Lead to elevate the in-store experience and inspire the team with integrity and drive. You will own daily operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure a welcoming, customer-focused environment that reflects the Famous brand.

Ideal candidates bring high school diploma, retail know-how, leadership potential, and the ability to mentor associates, while delivering outstanding service and staying informed about fashion trends to help customers

Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales with purpose and accountability to achieve store goals.
• Know store operations from pricing to inventory and keep the store clean and organized.
