Famous Footwear, part of Caleres, Inc., is seeking a Sales Lead in West Des Moines. You will cultivate an engaging in-store experience, coach teammates, and ensure top-notch customer service while promoting the Famous culture and brand assortment across known labels.

You’ll balance selling with operational excellence, including store opening/closing, price integrity, and maintaining an inviting environment for customers seeking the right fit and brand experience.

Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal.
• Manages multiple tasks and communicates direction set by the store manager.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Has basic computer skills.
