Famous Footwear in Des Moines is hiring a Store Manager to lead the team and deliver an exceptional shoe-store experience for families. You will manage operations, coach staff, and drive sales to meet targets and growth goals while staying current on trends and product presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the customer connection through integrity, drive, and coaching moments.
• Lead talent discovery and development, with external networking and succession planning.
• Own daily store operations, including pricing, shipments, inventory and staffing decisions.
• Drive sales and utilization of business insights to refine strategies and improve results.
