Caleres’ Famous Footwear stores are seeking a Store Manager who leads with passion for service, inspires the team, and ensures an outstanding shopping experience for families.

You will own daily operations, drive sales, manage staffing, and nurture a culture that welcomes every guest. A high school diploma and 1–5 years in retail management are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Strong relationship-building within store teams.
• Ability to set objectives and organize work to exceed goals.
• Proven leadership, motivation, and positive communication with associates.
• Experience training and developing associates.
• Decision-making and independent judgment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and financial/sales analysis skills.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
