Caleres seeks a Famous Footwear Sales Lead to create the best shoe store experience for every customer. You’ll foster an in-store culture, coach the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly with strong execution and a passion for shoes.

You’ll own operations, drive daily sales, mentor associates, and maintain high standards of customer service, while embracing a positive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail knowledge and store operations experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor teammates and drive selling behaviors.
• Strong multitasking, scheduling, and coaching abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer use and POS systems.
