Job summary

Caleres is seeking a full-time Store Manager in Biddeford, ME. You will lead a store team, drive daily operations, and deliver an outstanding shoe-shopping experience for families.

Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Has 1-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Builds constructive and effective relationships within store teams.
• Demonstrates an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals.
• Displays an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store Associates at all levels.
• Exhibits ability to train, coach and develop Associates.
• Exercises independent judgment and discretion, partnering with Territory Sales Manager as needed.
• Displays cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.
