Caleres’ Famous Footwear in Salem, NH is seeking a passionate Sales Lead who lives for delivering the best shoe-store experience. You’ll build an in-store culture that makes customers say, “I’ll take it,” and foster loyalty to our brands and to Caleres.

You’ll mentor teammates, own daily operations, and help shoppers find the perfect fit with genuine, personal service. You’ll drive sales with purpose, model outstanding customer care, and manage opening/closing duties while keeping the store
