Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years in retail store management, specialty retail preferred.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store teams.
• Ability to set objectives and organize work to meet goals.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate positively with store associates.
• Experience in training, coaching, and developing staff.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the customer connection by leading with integrity and drive, developing talent, and coaching to deliver exceptional service.
• Lead talent discovery by networking for top external candidates and building succession plans for leadership roles.
• Own retail operations, including pricing, shipments, inventory and daily store tasks to run smoothly.
• Leverage insights from business analysis to drive sales and improve results across the store.
• Be the architect of a winning culture by promoting diversity, inclusion, and high engagement to improve retention.
