Caleres, owner of Famous Footwear, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding shoe-buying experiences on the shop floor. You’ll drive product knowledge, assist customers with fittings, and contribute to a fun, inclusive store culture that fuels customer loyalty.

You will engage shoppers with energy, maintain store standards, and help teammates hit sales goals while representing the Caleres family across Famous Footwear, Naturalizer, and other brands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsabilités

• Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running like a tightly laced sneaker.
