Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate to deliver a superior shoe-store experience. You will maintain a welcoming environment, support in-store culture, and stay informed on trends to help customers find the perfect fit and brand loyalty.

You will help drive sales, communicate with the store team, and uphold company standards. Essential tasks include inventory, pricing, and shipment processing while keeping the store tidy and easily shoppable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in and the store is clean and organized.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and create engaging customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency to achieve goals; communicate with the team.
