Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment, inventory) are in line with standards.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and drive the Famous Footwear experience.
• Review store performance and help drive sales with urgency to meet goals.
• Uphold company policies, seek feedback, and support team development.
