Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment partnering with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory) to keep the store organized and shoppable.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer by embodying customer-connection behaviors and delivering top-notch experiences.
• Elevate performance by reviewing store results and driving sales with clear, concise communication to the team.
• Act with Integrity by adhering to company policies and seeking feedback for growth.
• Bring positive vibes and uphold diversity and inclusivity in the team; assist with training when needed.
• Be a Shoe-off by understanding customer needs and recommending ideal styles to ensure the perfect fit.
