Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Demonstrates independent judgment partnering with Store Sales Manager.
• Solid understanding of basic retail practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store tasks like pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store organized and shoppable.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and maintain a positive store culture.
• Review store performance and drive sales with proactive, goal-oriented communication.
