Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure the store runs smoothly with every interaction. You’ll help customers find the right styles, maintain inventory, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our Famous Feeling.

You’ll participate in daily operations, stay informed about trends, and support teammates in reaching sales goals while maintaining a positive, inclusive environment for all customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Demonstrates independent judgment partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store organized and shoppable.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: deliver stellar customer engagement and top-notch experiences.
• Drive sales by reviewing store performance and communicating clearly with the team to meet goals.
• Uphold policies with integrity and support training and development of teammates.
