Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Positive communication with associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store tasks: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory.
• Provide stellar customer engagement, leaving customers with top-notch experiences.
• Review store performance and drive sales with clear, concise communication.
• Act with integrity and adhere to company policies.
• Assist with training and development of teammates.
