Job summary

Famous Footwear is hiring a Sales Associate for our Lincoln City Outlet. You will create a welcoming store environment, greet customers, help with products, and ensure the sales floor is organized and well-stocked. You’ll collaborate with team members to deliver the Famous Feeling across every customer interaction.

You’ll stay informed about trends, provide product recommendations, and contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining store standards and a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Build constructive relationships within the store.
• Communicate positively with store staff at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to cover holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
