Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering memorable in-store experiences. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit, keep the store clean and organized, and contribute to a welcoming culture that makes guests loyal to the brand.

You will work with a team, handle daily tasks, stay informed about trends, and represent Famous Footwear with enthusiasm and integrity. A high school diploma and flexible schedule are preferred.

Qualifications

• Build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in partnership with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
