Famous Footwear is seeking a Seasonal Associate to join our front-line team in providing an exceptional shoe-store experience. You will help with pricing, shipments, inventory, and storefront presentation while building customer relationships and sharing product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidates should demonstrate ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: maintain store tasks such as pricing, shipments, fulfillment, and inventory.
• Be a culture influencer by delivering stellar customer engagement and helping customers find the styles and brands they crave.
• Drive sales and participate in communicating with the store team to ensure goals are met and proper store performance is tracked.
