Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED accepted.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store colleagues.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store tasks: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory to keep store operations smooth.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and build loyalty with customers, brands and the Famous Footwear experience.
• Drive sales and meet goals through proactive communication and teamwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support training and development of teammates as needed.
