Caleres, Inc. is hiring a Famous Footwear Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences in-store, helping guests find the perfect fit and guiding decisions with footwear expertise.

You’ll contribute to a welcoming environment, maintain store presentation, and participate in daily operations to keep pricing, shipments, and inventory in check. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and a positive, inclusive attitude that aligns with our Famous culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store associates.
• Strong communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Able to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team and flexible hours including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ace daily store operations: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and memorable in-store experiences.
• Support store performance reviews and drive sales with urgency.
