Famous Footwear is hiring a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shoe-store experience. You will create a welcoming environment, drive customer engagement, and help customers find the perfect fit while representing a family-friendly brand.

Essential duties include inventory tasks, pricing, and ensuring clean, well-organized shelves. The role emphasizes team collaboration, flexible scheduling, and a positive, inclusive store atmosphere to deliver the Famous Feeling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Demonstrates ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, inventory) per company standards.
