Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the best shoe-store experience. You will create a welcoming in-store culture, assist customers with finding perfect fits, and stay informed on trends to build engaging experiences.

You’ll support daily tasks like pricing, shipments and inventory while driving sales and teamwork. You are a shoe enthusiast who loves helping every customer, with a flexible schedule and a passion for delivering the Famous Feeling.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Able to build constructive relationships within the store.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store dialed in.
• Deliver outstanding customer engagement and act as a culture influencer on the sales floor.
• Drive sales with urgency, communicate with the team, and help customers find the right shoes.
