Famous Footwear is seeking a motivated associate to help customers find the perfect footwear while maintaining store standards and presentation. You will assist with pricing, shipments and inventory, ensuring a clean and organized environment that makes all famous styles easily shoppable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with customers.
• Strong communication with team at all levels.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Retail knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in.
• Deliver top-notch customer engagement and store presentation.
• Review store performance and assist in driving sales with urgency.
• Uphold company policies and seek feedback for growth.
• Assist with training and development of teammates.
