Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming store environment and deliver engaging customer experiences. You will help customers find the perfect shoes and share knowledge about trends and brands to drive loyalty.

You will partner with the store team to keep pricing, shipments, and inventory organized, while embracing our Famous Culture and delivering great service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store team.
• Strong communication with associates at all levels.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: ensure daily tasks like pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory are dialed in and store stays clean and organized.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: deliver stellar customer engagement and top-notch experiences.
