Brobston Group in Massachusetts is seeking a Shoe Operating Assistant to support the customer experience and department operations in the shoe department.

This player-coach role partners with the Business Manager and leadership to guide associates, manage stock, and support selling-floor initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading customer experience efforts, maintaining stockroom standards, coordinating workloads, and ensuring smooth stock processes to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication, customer engagement and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or with a team.
• Proven ability to guide and develop others in a retail setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer experience initiatives and help associates maintain standards in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
• Support stockroom organization, multiple-unit selling, and business-driving initiatives.
• Manage stock processes including job-outs, mismates, damages, repairs, and markdowns.
• Communicate workload progress and support workload planning and store initiatives.
