Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, is seeking a Foreman to supervise semi-skilled and skilled trades on the 2nd shift. You will assign, coordinate and evaluate staff, ensure quality and productivity, and train employees to follow procedures and plans.

This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new foremen, requires final security clearance to start, and entails 10–25% travel. Relocation assistance is not available; on-site work in Newport News, VA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree, apprentice certification or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or shipbuilding environments is preferred.
• Background in trades or military experience considered relevant.
