The role includes enforcing procedures, supervising fabrication, installation, testing, and process operations with substantial financial impact. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires meeting requisitions.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or Apprenticeship Certification or High School with 4 years of combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, or military experience.
• Alternative: Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical field with 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade or military experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervises, assigns and coordinates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to skill, experience and job knowledge.
• Trains employees to improve quality and productivity; develops practical action plans from broad strategies.
• Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing and process operations with significant financial impact; monitors job and budget performance for all shifts.
