Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Shipping Lead to coordinate daily shipping operations and supervise the warehouse team in our Reno, NV facility. You will ensure safety, SOP compliance, and timely order processing while guiding staff through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
Experience supervising a warehouse team preferred.
Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.
Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

Provide direct interaction with all team members involved in shipping orders and guide employees on shipping issues.
Monitor employees in designated areas and deliver feedback.
Ensure compliance with safety and SOPs and monitor time-per-task reports.
Lead the shipping team and participate in special projects related to shipping processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
