Job summary

S&S Activewear in Reno, NV is hiring a Warehouse Associate II to support order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and shipping within an automated system. The role includes training new hires and ensuring orders meet shipping standards.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, full-time, non-exempt, with a seasonal employment period up to 90 days. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and apparel discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
• Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately fill customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping product to meet safety, security, accuracy and productivity standards.
• Operate machinery including forklift, pallet jacks, and stock chasers (requires certification).
• Follow and meet KPIs for safety, quality, production and efficiency.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.
• Monitor and train new hires to ensure productivity and quality.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
• Contribute to a safe working environment.
