Job summary

S&S Activewear, a leading North American distributor of imprintable apparel, seeks a Shipping Department Supervisor to support the Shipping and Operations Managers. You will coach staff, ensure adherence to policies, and drive on-time order fulfillment in a 2pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of supervisor experience in a team setting.
• Excellent Windows computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong organizational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily attendance and performance reports.
• Lead team kickoff meetings and supervise shipping activities.
• Monitor orders on screen and track workflow.
• Enforce SOPs and safety policies.
• Provide coaching and performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely shipment and resolve issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Attend management meetings and support special projects.
