Job summary

S&S Activewear in Reno, NV is seeking a Team Lead to guide the Distribution Center crew, ensuring processes are followed, errors are addressed, and new staff are trained. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will monitor order flow, assist in training, and help keep the DC organized while supporting leadership with process improvements and cross-training opportunities. The position offers full-time hours and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Comfort with electronic devices and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide team members within assigned tasks and ensure processes are followed.
• Monitor orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping per standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment as required (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) and maintain KPI targets.
• Train new hires and maintain a safe, organized Distribution Center.
• Follow SOPs and participate in continuous improvement and cross-training.
