Job summary

S&S Activewear in Reno, NV is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate II to support the distribution center operations. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and shipping within our automated system.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, with a defined seasonal period up to 90 days from hire. The team emphasizes safety, teamwork, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read and speak English.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
Can lift and carry up to 50lbs.
Basic math skills.
Flexible start/departure times; overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

Efficiently and accurately fill customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping.
Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and stock chasers (requires certification).
Meet KPI's for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
Report discrepancies and damaged items to supervisor.
Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Train in Will Call and other customer service duties.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.
Train new hires to ensure productivity and quality.
Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
Contribute to a safe working environment.
