Job summary

S&S Activewear, located in Reno, NV, is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate II. The role supports receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping within our automated system. Evening/afternoon hours are provided, Monday through Friday, with a defined 90-day seasonal term.

The position requires operating warehouse equipment, following procedures, and meeting safety and quality KPIs. Benefits include health coverage and employee discounts where applicable.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and speak English
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Knowledge of operating warehouse equipment (certification may be required)
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Flexible with start times and overtime when needed

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately fill customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping product
• Operate warehouse machinery including forklift, pallet jacks, and stock chasers (certification as required)
• Meet KPI targets for safety, quality, production, and efficiency
• Report discrepancies and damaged items to supervisor
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile variances
• Cross-train in Will Call and other customer service duties
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center
• Monitor and train new hires for productivity and quality
