Job summary

PFG Customized Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead order picking, loading, and paperwork for next-day deliveries. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate order fulfillment, stock rotation, and compliance with safety programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating pick planning, using warehouse systems to boost productivity, and maintaining secure, efficient operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of Supervisory experience
• 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience
• 2-4 years experience within Transportation/Logistics industry
• 2-4 years working knowledge of most power equipment (e.g., sit-down/stand-up forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker)

Responsibilities

• Supervises the administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training and guidance.
• Ensures timely, accurate and complete order pulling for all orders pulled during the shift.
• Ensures all product received during the shift is stocked properly and FIFO procedures are followed.
• Demonstrates strong service quality ethic and ensures teams understand their roles in meeting customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes warehouse management systems to maximize productivity and suggests improvements.
• Maintains building security and safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
