Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Shipping to efficiently prepare, package, and process outgoing orders for shipment. You will ensure orders are complete, labeled correctly, and shipped on time while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when verifying shipments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify product counts against invoices, manifests, or pick tickets.
• Label and process shipments per carrier standards (UPS, FedEx, freight).
• Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, or quality issues.
• Maintain shipping areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to ensure timely shipments.
• Assist with unloading, receiving, and storing incoming shipments as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling heavy or hazardous materials.
