Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outbound shipping operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time deliveries.
• Lead, coach, and support shipping team members to achieve productivity, quality, and performance goals.
• Monitor compliance with warehouse procedures, food safety standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Ensure proper product handling, rotation, staging, and loading procedures are followed.
• Coordinate workflow and labor resources to meet daily shipping demands.
• Track employee attendance, labor hours, and overtime to support operational efficiency.
