Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of supervisory and warehouse experience, familiarity with transportation/logistics, and power equipment operation. This full-time role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–4 years of supervisory experience.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• 2–4 years experience in Transportation/Logistics industry.
• 2–4 years working knowledge of power equipment used in warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling and training.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper loading on trucks.
• Maintains FIFO stock rotation and paperwork accuracy.
• Promotes service quality and guides staff to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager and analyzes productivity.
• Oversees security, safety programs and routine duties as assigned.
