Job summary

PFG Customized in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, picking, loading, and paperwork for daily deliveries. You will lead staff, ensure timely order processing, and optimize stock rotation while maintaining safety and high service levels.

The role requires 2–4 years in supervision and warehouse/logistics, plus forklift operation knowledge. Willingness to coordinate with Warehouse Manager and use WMS tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Must have 2–4 years of experience in Transportation/Logistics.
• Experience with power equipment (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, cherry pickers, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper loading/sequencing for shipments.
• Maintains FIFO stocking and proper stock rotation.
• Upholds a strong service quality ethic and clarifies roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Uses warehouse management systems to maximize productivity and suggests improvements.
• Ensures building security and safe operation of material handling.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
