Job summary

Quikserv, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage the flow of finished goods and returns, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. The role covers forward and reverse logistics, coordinating with carriers, and communicating with customers to meet expectations.

Responsibilities include selecting cost-effective options, preparing BOLs and packing lists, and handling RMA processes while maintaining precise records and collaborating with sales and inventory teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in shipping or logistics.
• Experience with reverse logistics and RMA processes is valued.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with shipping software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee the dispatch of all outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Compare carrier rates, transit times, and coverage to select cost-effective options and monitor carrier performance.
• Generate and verify documentation for outgoing shipments, including BOLs, shipping labels, and customs documents.
• Verify shipment data (freight class, HS codes, weight, dimensions, addresses) to prevent delays or issues.
• Coordinate reverse logistics for returned goods, including repair, replacement, or refund.
• Provide shipping updates and resolve shipping-related inquiries and issues for both outbound shipments and returns.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer interfacing and pickup arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of outbound shipments and returns for reporting and reconciliation.
