Job summary

RRD is seeking a shipping/receiving associate to support daily department activities, moving materials, handling shipments, and preparing products for delivery. You will verify orders, pack items to spec, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

The role operates on a 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, with pay from $19 to $22.22 per hour. Prior forklift experience and strong organizational skills are helpful.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or preferred.
• At least 3 years in shipping/administrative support roles.
• Knowledge of information systems and basic reporting tools.
• Strong computer and software skills; proficient with spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; well organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping/receiving duties for materials, supplies and finished products.
• Prepare bills of lading, pack items per specs and verify against documents.
• Receive materials, check against packing slips, maintain records.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts as needed.
• Coordinate with management to support shipping/receiving plans and cost targets.
