Job summary

RRD is seeking a Packaging Specialist in Wisconsin to support shipping and materials handling. You will assist with daily shipping department activities, receiving, packing, and loading finished products for shipment, primarily via FedEx/UPS/USPS, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and service levels.

Shift 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, pay 19–22.22 per hour. Responsibilities include paperwork, freight bills, and coordinating with carriers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in administrative/operational shipping or manufacturing support.
• Strong knowledge of material tracking, storage, and reporting systems.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of business software.
• Good oral and written communication across departments.
• Organizational skills to meet deadlines and coordinate with others.
• Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shipping department activities including receiving, loading, unloading, and transporting materials and finished products.
• Prepare shipments for FedEx/UPS/other carriers and verify against documents.
• Maintain records of goods received and shipped; check against bills of lading.
• Support manufacturing areas with standard procedures and documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment to stage materials and load trucks.
• Contribute to load planning for outbound deliveries and cost parameters.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure a clean, organized work area and compliance with safety policies.
