RRD is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate in Irvine, CA to support daily shipping activities. You will handle materials movement, packing, and loading, ensuring compliance with customer specs and SLAs.

Responsibilities include receiving, documentation, and coordinating with multiple teams to optimize cost and efficiency. The role requires forklift operation, basic math, and solid organizational and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in shipping/manufacturing operations support.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use standard software.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and equivalent equipment.

Aufgaben

• Ship and receive materials, supplies, and finished products with accuracy.
• Pack goods per specs, prepare bills of lading, and record shipping weights.
• Unload materials, verify against bills of lading and packing slips.
• Maintain files and documentation; support manufacturing teams as needed.
• Operate handling equipment to stage materials and load trucks; ensure safety.
