Job summary

RRD in Wisconsin is seeking a Packaging Specialist to support the Production & Manufacturing department. This role involves shipping/receiving duties, material handling, and ensuring orders meet customer specifications.

First and mid shifts with hourly compensation between $18 and $22.22 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in shipping/manufacturing support, with basic computer skills and the ability to operate forklifts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 2 years of administrative/operational shipping support.
• Able to apply policies, procedures, and objectives.
• General knowledge of information systems incl. spreadsheets and databases.
• Basic computer literacy and effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Performs shipping/receiving duties for materials, supplies, and finished products.
• Prepares bills of lading and packing/shipping documentation.
• Unloads, checks against packing lists, and records receipts.
• Maintains organized files and records for shipments.
• Coordinates with customers, suppliers, and production staff.
