Job summary

RR Donnelley in Wisconsin is hiring for a Warehouse/Packaging Helper to stock, feed, and move materials across shifts. Compensation is $16.00–$18.00 per hour with Day and Mid shifts available; Mid shift includes a $1 per hour differential. Responsibilities include packaging, labeling, and safe material handling.

Candidates should be able to stock, organize, and rotate items, operate basic equipment, and follow warehouse procedures to ensure accurate shipments and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Stock, move, arrange, and rotate items in accordance with operating instructions.
• Complete appropriate forms relating to stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and labeling requirements.
• Good skill in use of shrink-wrap and strapping equipment, powered lift equipment, pallet jacks, manual dollies, carts or hand trucks and hand tools used in material handling
• Knowledge of general warehouse layout, item identification codes, basic warehouse procedures and storage areas
• May require experience operating forklift trucks.

Responsibilities

• Lay up, feed or pile materials at equipment.
• Jog product off counter stacker and stack neatly on skid to assure good running in bindery or mailing department.
• Complete skid flags and packaging slips to ensure accurate tracking.
• Install strapping, bracing or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using hand tools.
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales or other containers.
• Stack or assemble materials into bundles and band bundles together, using banding machine and clincher.
• May use automated equipment and/or occasionally operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
