Job summary

RRD is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin (Cudahy) to support packing, picking, and shipping operations. You will assist with filling and packaging orders, maintain inventory, and help with training and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities include following packing procedures, operating warehouse management software, labeling, boxing, palletizing, and ensuring timely, accurate shipments while meeting productivity and quality standards. OT or different shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required/preferred.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications for fulfilling orders.
• Good oral and written communication to explain procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with filling and packaging orders.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and organization.
• Train and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Operate warehouse management software.
• Label, box, and ship items per procedures.
• Palletize, seal, and tag items for shipment.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Identify issues and involve leads or management.
