Job summary

RRD in Wisconsin is seeking a warehouse associate to stock, feed, and stage materials for bindery and mailing operations. You will handle loading, packing, labeling, and basic forklift/hand tool tasks, ensuring accuracy and safe handling of goods.

Shift options include Day and Mid shifts with a $1/hr differential; pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. This role emphasizes reliability, adherence to instructions, and efficient material flow across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per operating instructions.
• Complete forms for stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and labeling requirements for incoming/outgoing materials.
• Knowledge of shrink-wrap and strapping equipment, powered lift equipment, pallet jacks, manual dollies, carts or hand trucks, and related tools.
• Awareness of warehouse layout, item identification codes, and storage areas to place/pull stock.
• May require experience operating forklift truck.

Responsibilities

• Lay up, feed or pile down materials at equipment.
• Jog product off counter stacker and stack neatly on skid to ensure good running in bindery or mailing department.
• Complete skid flags and packaging slips to ensure accurate tracking.
• Install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using hand tools.
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
• Stack or assemble materials into bundles and band bundles together, using banding machine and clincher.
• May use automated equipment and/or operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist loading/moving materials and products.
