Job summary

Ritalka, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to ensure accurate packaging of outbound orders, coordinate shipments, and support production with timely material handling.

You will prepare, label, and ship products, verify counts against POs, manage documentation, and maintain inventory records while working with cross-functional teams. Forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read part numbers, work orders, and bills of material.
• Use math skills to solve problems.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Forklift license required, will obtain onsite at Ritalka.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and ship finished products.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and customer orders for shipping accuracy.
• Prepare and process shipping documents (packing slips, bills of lading, shipment labels).
• Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update systems.
• Receive and unload incoming materials and verify against POs and receiving docs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure safe, organized warehouse and proper material handling.
