Talentify in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Shipping and Receiving Associate to manage daily shipping and receiving in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse. You will record inventory in an ERP/SAP system, coordinate with vendors, and support warehouse operations by operating a sit-down forklift and assisting dock workers.

The role requires forklift experience, manufacturing exposure, and data-entry skills. First shift, onsite, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sit-down forklift experience.
• At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with material handling and loading/unloading.
• Proficient with ERP systems, including SAP, for inventory updates.
• Strong attention to inventory control and data entry accuracy.
• Commitment to safety and working in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily shipping and receiving tasks and process shipments.
• Record inventory transactions in ERP/SAP and maintain stock records.
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm delivery details.
• Float within the warehouse to support operations as needed.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move and load/unload materials.
• Assist dock workers with loading/unloading trucks.
• Perform material handling and organize products in designated areas.
• Conduct basic data entry to update shipping, receiving, and inventory data.
• Follow logistics procedures and safety guidelines.
