RVI is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to ensure accurate packaging, manage outbound shipments, and coordinate with internal teams. You will verify orders, prepare shipping documents, and maintain inventory records.

The role involves receiving materials, staging for production, and supporting warehouse operations. Must have forklift license and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Training for battery storage and safety is provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read part numbers, work orders, and bills of material.
• Use math skills to solve problems.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Forklift license required, will obtain onsite at RVI.

Responsabilidades

• Pack, label, and ship finished products including batteries, wire harnesses, and components.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and orders for accuracy.
• Prepare shipping docs: packing slips, bills of lading, shipment labels.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments with freight carriers and internal teams.
• Receive and unload incoming materials; verify against POs and docs.
• Maintain inventory records; perform cycle counts and audits.
• Keep warehouse organized and safe; operate material-handling equipment when trained.
• Support production with material movement and timely delivery of items.
